Consolidated Gulf Co. (CGC), leading ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified technology and engineering conglomerate hosted a week-long project management professional (PMP) training for its 25 personnel at its corporate office training center in Doha recently. The training helped the company’s personnel to further strengthen their project capabilities, besides enhancing skill sets and deliverable mechanism to serve their clients better.
In the course of the specialized training, the participants learnt how to overcome barriers to project success, optimize business outcomes with PMP and deepen their understanding of the next generation of technologies. They also discovered how project management skills can transform the way business operates, and how they can transform theirs along with PMP by capitalizing on the transforming project landscape to implement their business and gain a competitive edge.
Speaking on the occasion, Anil Mahajan, COO, CGC, said, “This yet another PMP initiative was a part of CGC’s efforts in strengthening project related capabilities as a business differentiator.
