As part of CTPL’s annual get-together, a colourful function was organized recently at Taj Deccan hotel in the southern Indian city. The best staff awards, dance competition and grand dinner were some of the star attractions of the event. A large number of CTPL staff attended the gala where every employee was presented with souvenir.

 Anil Mahajan, CTPL’s Managing Director, and Nitin Ghuliani, Senior Project Manager, graced the occasion along with other senior officials of CGC and CTPL to celebrate the 1^st successful year of the company.

Speaking on the occasion, Anil Mahajan expressed satisfaction over the performance of the company. He said, “It gives me immense pleasure to note the results we have achieved in a short span of time with hard work and untiring commitment of our personnel and the progress that we are continually making to scale newer heights in 2010. Our employees’ strength has been going up within one year of Converse operations because of the increase in the number of technology projects we won due mainly to our pro-active approach, diligent planning and timely implementation of many projects. The successful completion of some big projects has been appreciated by the industry thus creating more opportunity and reputation for CTPL in particular and CGC at large.” 

Appreciating CTPL staff’s contribution in the success of the company, Mahajan said “We sincerely recognize our staff’s role in CTPL’s growth and achievement in a very short period and look forward to solidify our mutual understanding and bonding. At the same time, we must introspect and explore ways to further improve our business processes to better fulfill the needs of our valued clients for a mutually rewarding relationship. For us, it’s prerequisite to lead a cohesive team of dedicated professionals to achieve our objectives and goals in a systematic and sustained manner. In this regard, we have taken a number of steps, including upgrading our infrastructure to facilitate hassle-free working and rewarding the best performing staff. Nitin Ghuliani conveyed his thanks and appreciation to all CTPL staff for their outstanding performance during 2009 and shared that CTPL employees enjoy special place in CGC extended family.
