This is the fourth time that Nokia declared CGC the best distributor for its overall performance, sustained growth, quality services, brand positioning, strong market share and loyalty generation. CGC emerged winner overcoming stiff competition from a long list of distributors from the Middle East and African countries, including KSA, UAE, Iran and Pakistan.
Anil Mahajan, COO, CGC, received the coveted awards from Chris Braam, Vice President, and Ian Stewart, Director, Customer Care, Nokia MENA, at an impressive ceremony held in Budapest, Hungary, recently. Iyad Issa, General Manager, Nokia MENA, also graced the occasion among others.
CGC had earlier bagged the Best Nokia Distributor Award three years in a row for 2005, 2006 and 2007 during the annual Nokia Partners Conferences held in Morocco, Jordan and Austria respectively.
Expressing happiness over the achievement, Anil Mahajan, said, “This is our fourth best distributor award and the first best customer care partner award. Winning the inaugural Best Nokia Care Partner award means a lot to us. It is indeed a great honour and privilege for CGC. This particular win is very special as it rewards our efforts in maintaining sustainable growth during an adverse and challenging time of global economic crises. No doubt, it required lot of efforts at the ground level in improving facilities, upgrading services and bringing attractive bundle offers to maintain sales and services growth. And we have achieved that again retaining the trust and confidence of our valued customers and business partners.” Mahajan thanked the people for their support and trust. “CGC takes this opportunity to especially thank the people of Qatar for their constant support, cooperation and faith and reiterates its commitment to continue to offer the best possible services. We also recognize and appreciate the contribution of our entire CGC-Nokia team and dealer partners for their untiring efforts.”
